• Strategically drive and maximise revenue from your assigned customer accounts. • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster collaboration and engagement. • Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Develop a deep understanding of the iGaming sector and market dynamics. • Use a consultative approach to identify and address customer business drivers and requirements. • Act as the brand ambassador at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators. • Collaborate with the Head of Account Management and other stakeholders on various projects and initiatives. • Sign new deals and manage the onboarding process for direct integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry is essential. • Demonstrated success as an Account Manager and Sales Manager (B2B) within the iGaming sector. • Strong understanding of iGaming trends, products, and markets. • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is highly desirable. • Ability to maintain relationships with Tier 1 customers and manage challenging situations with composure. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a knack for developing and executing effective strategies. • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • A well-established network of clients is a must.
