• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs • Data entry in various platforms • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities as well as great work principles. • Effective listening as well as analytical abilities, in addition to the capability to summarise details and deal solutions. • Experience with personal computer and also have at least a typical functioning degree typing capability. • Professional, positive, high level of self-motivation, and ability to function individually in your task. • Excellent time management and administrative abilities with keen focus to detail.
🎯 Requirements
