Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our software products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and product enhancements. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to translate business requirements into design solutions. • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing complex software applications and user interfaces. • Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. • Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design patterns. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions that delight users and drive business results.
