📋 Description
• Support the CSAS goal of enhanced service offerings and growth. • Track new and renewal subscription processes. • Conduct monthly assessments and calls with BD leads. • Identify monthly growth opportunities and manage Salesforce updates. • Maintain and update client communication templates. • Compile and present Voice of the Customer insights quarterly. • Manage ad hoc work using PowerBI dashboards. • Coordinate strategy, hiring, evaluations, and monthly check-ins for the RA program.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in advertising within the pharmaceutical industry or a managed markets agency. • BS/BA required. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and financial skills. • Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
