📋 Description
• Responsible for researching and reconciling customer disputes. • Handle high volumes of decision making with minimal supervision. • Analyze historical customer payments and disputes. • Monitor and track daily analysis of customer disputed invoices. • Evaluate past due A/R accounts. • Evaluate credit worthiness of accounts for order holds. • Contact customers to secure payment on overdue balances. • Maintain communication with Sales and Logistics. • Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy. • Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. • 5 years of A/R software experience for large corporations. • 5 years of A/R Dispute resolution experience. • 5 years of Cash Application research. • Advanced Excel skills. • 5 years working with functional groups for business results. • 5 years following GAAP and SOX requirements. • Ability to work in a global team environment.
