📋 Description

• Build and lead the implementation of Supplier Engagement & Resiliency strategy • Partner with Health Systems & Government Services team on subcontracting needs • Expand Supplier Engagement & Resiliency program globally • Facilitate Supplier Engagement & Resiliency Council meetings • Manage communication strategy and benchmark program • Become the face of Supplier Engagement & Resiliency to external parties • Guide and lead data strategy with stakeholders • Develop metrics to measure performance • Partner with Cencora Leaders to streamline activities • Support internal stakeholders on reporting activities • Identify barriers for small business suppliers • Collaborate with end user and sourcing managers • Assess and improve supplier registration practices • Represent Cencora favorably with suppliers • Support efforts to build supplier partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or training in business administration, stakeholder engagement, sales, marketing, supply chain/procurement, finance • Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent experience • 7-10 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment • Develop a strong network of small business suppliers • Models behavior that reflects Cencora’s commitment to an inclusive workforce • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders • Excellent business acumen • Sound computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs • Outstanding problem-solving skills
