Description

• The Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst II is responsible for providing general project financial and accounting support to Cencora's Lash Finance department • Tracking actual expenses versus budget • Preparing project and program financial reports • Performing variance and trend analysis • Contract review • Providing support with general accounting matters related to one or more complex projects including billing to contracts • Preparing financial reports, cost budgets and miscellaneous project set-up duties • Producing monthly reports on AR to help with collections and past due issues • Acts as liaison by coordinating accounting matters between Operations, external clients and FP&A • Performs financial account verification, audit, processing, account reconciliation and reporting activities • Monitors the AR to ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved credit and collection policies • Ensuring revenue is recognized in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles • Assists Sr. leaders with review, presentation and communication of financial results • Responsible for general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation and month end closing • Analyzing gross profit components monthly and reporting significant variances • Posting monthly general ledger journal entries • Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

Requirements

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations • Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred • Knowledge of accounting practices and principles • Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages with preference using SAP • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail • Mastery of Microsoft Excel
