Description

• Senior Director, Delivery Consultant role focusing on organizational design and change management. • Lead a team in providing OD and change management consulting, coaching, and support. • Conduct assessments and define strategies for value creation. • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams as a trusted coach. • Develop and implement innovative change management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or Project Management or related field. • Minimum 10 combined years’ experience in Organization Design, Project/Program and/or Change Management. • Previous leadership experience. • Expertise to formulate and execute OD and change management strategies. • Understanding of change processes and change management principles (e.g. Kates Kessler, Prosci certification). • Familiarity with project management approaches. • Strong presentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
