📋 Description
• Prepare and review insurance claim forms and related documents for completeness. • Assess claims for policy coverage and determine appropriate settlement amounts. • Authorize claim payments, set reserves, and ensure timely disbursement of funds. • Analyze salary details and hours worked to offset weekly or monthly benefit payments.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required. • Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Strong mathematical skills with experience performing calculations in daily tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Word. • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret group insurance contracts. • Decision-making skills in complex situations. • Previous customer service or financial experience is an asset. • Ideal candidates will have experience in data entry, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
🏖️ Benefits
• Hourly salary of $21 to $23, based on experience. • 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Weekday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility for a 7:30 am or 8:00 am start. • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work.
