🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years' experience in customer enablement, technical writing, or product training in a technical industry • Strong ability to translate complex product functionality into easy-to-understand content • Experience creating training videos, Help Center documentation, and in-app guidance tools • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment • Familiarity with Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress, and Pendo is a plus • Excellent communication, editing, and project management skills
