🎯 Requirements
• Aktuell eingeschrieben in BWL, Vertrieb oder vergleichbarem Studiengang mindestens 1 Jahr. • Hohe Motivation und Engagement für Sales/Kund:innenkontakt. • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb (Inbound oder Outbound). • Abschlussstärke und Freude am "closen" von Deals. • Zielorientierung und strukturierte Vorgehensweise. • Organisationstalent und Resilienz bei Absagen. • Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit. • Fließende, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2 Niveau). • CRM-Erfahrung mit klassischen CRM-Tools (Nice to have).
