Description

• Lead technical implementation projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution. • Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs. • Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow. • Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities. • Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners. • Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations. • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation. • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with strong Python skills. • Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration. • Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes. • Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. • Experience working in an agile environment. • Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level).
