Description

• Provide first and second-level support for ERP systems, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations. • Manage support tickets in tools like Jira and document workflows in Confluence. • Analyze and optimize ERP-related processes, focusing on pharmaceuticals and other key areas of the business. • Perform functional testing of ERP systems to ensure enhancements and updates meet business requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement system improvements and troubleshoot issues in AX 2009 and D365 environments. • Actively participate in team discussions, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of proven experience in ERP support or consulting. • Knowledge of ERP systems, with expertise in AX 2009 or D365, will be considered an asset. • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Fluent in English and German.
