Description

• You develop and implement category strategies to drive financial performance and improve product visibility for your assortment. • You analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments. • You manage onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions. • You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes. • You support cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies.

Requirements

• You have relevant experience in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products. • You enjoy working very data-driven, and have strong analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends. • You have a customer-focused mindset, and feel comfortable in dynamic environments, having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. • You have fluent communication skills in German and English. • You can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able and willing to meet with your team in the Cologne office at least once a month.
