• About Us: Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies. • About LightBox: Red Cell’s latest Healthcare Incubation is a provider-enablement platform committed to helping healthcare providers. • About the Founding Engineer: Are you ready to take on a founder-level role in a dynamic, fast-paced startup? • Location: Washington, DC Metro Area, Remote • What You'll Do: Build From Scratch: Partner with our co-founder to strategize, design, and build Version 1 of our provider-enablement platform. • Architect and Innovate: Lead the development of our data platform, backend infrastructure, and APIs. • Power Data-Driven Solutions: Design and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources. • Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with teams, customers, and partners to tailor solutions. • Prepare for Leadership: Opportunity to move into a formal leadership role as the company scales.

Requirements

• Expertise in Software Engineering: Proven experience in backend development, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. • Master of ETL & Big Data: Authority in building and optimizing ETL pipelines, with deep knowledge of integrating healthcare data and ensuring data integrity. • Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Innovative Problem Solver: A creative mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient solutions in a high-stakes environment. • Leadership Potential: A strong desire to mentor and grow an engineering team as we scale. • Entrepreneurial Drive: Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments, with a hunger to build something big from the ground up.
