• Support Reddit's global privacy compliance program • Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with US, EU and other legal frameworks • Implement privacy-related policies and processes • Manage discussions with government and regulators • Work with technical teams to ensure privacy compliance • Act as legal subject matter expert for privacy • Advocate for Reddit’s privacy-focused approach
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (JD, LLB, LLM, etc.) and legally licensed • 10+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years in-house privacy compliance • Experience managing a successful privacy compliance program • Knowledge of global privacy laws relevant to tech platforms • Strong legal drafting and writing skills • Collaboration skills across diverse teams and time zones
