📋 Description
• Reddit is a community of communities with 100,000+ active communities and 97M+ daily unique visitors. • This role focuses on building machine learning models to drive user engagement with ads. • Set technical vision and strategy while driving technical execution on engagement modeling. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to align engagement strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of management experience leading ML-focused teams. • 6+ years of experience working with machine learning models at scale. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. • End-to-End ML Lifecycle Experience: Proven ability in training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale models. • Experience with Ads or Engagement Modeling is a plus, with a focus on media interactions.
