📋 Description

• Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. • The Mods team is responsible for helping communities thrive on Reddit - empowering mods and supporting new community founders. • The Mods Empowerment team ensures mod incentives are well-aligned with Reddit’s goals and provides insights and guidance. • The candidate will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features for the Mods Empowerment team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience and experience leading 0-1 products • You have proven experience setting and achieving an ambitious product vision, building strategic and impactful product roadmaps, and demonstrated ownership of results for top line business metrics • You have shipped B2C/Consumer/ML products that have had meaningful impact (business metrics and user experience) • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the minutia, and the ability to use SQL is a strong asset • Demonstrated experience leading teams, defining team goals and success metrics • Adept in writing detailed product execution and strategy documents with extreme clarity • Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align a diverse group of stakeholders towards a common goal
