Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for key customers, identifying use cases for hybrid and multi-cloud platforms. • Understand customer business and technical challenges, advocating for solutions. • Partner with customers in critical infrastructure sectors to address challenges. • Define and implement multi-cloud strategies and platform architectures. • Design scalable hybrid cloud solutions leveraging Kubernetes and containerization. • Lead initiatives to develop repeatable architecture patterns for multi-cloud deployments. • Architect and implement AI-ready platforms including MLOps pipelines. • Collaborate with customers to deploy AI solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. • Provide technical leadership on AI model deployment and training workflows. • Represent Red Hat at technical events and conferences, showcasing expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior technology roles with a focus on platform engineering and AI. • Strong ability to design complex architectures integrating hybrid cloud and AI technologies. • Track record of delivering scalable, modular solutions for enterprise use cases. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences in English and regional languages. • Experience in public speaking at industry events or conferences. • Experience with open-source contributions or active participation in related technical communities preferred. • Recognition as an industry expert in AI and / or hybrid cloud technologies preferred. • Published technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, or research papers on relevant topics preferred.
