Description

• Serve as an application-focused expert who creates possibilities, solves problems, and establishes strategic relationships with customers • Help customers overcome new challenges as they modernize existing applications, build processes and address security concerns by using Red Hat's technologies • Create enterprise solutions that increase business value using Red Hat OpenShift and the Red Hat Middleware portfolio • Develop and conduct live demonstrations and educate prospective customers on the capabilities of Red Hat's solutions • Guide and assist with proofs of concepts, workshops, and seminars • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support teams, and other Sales teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture with development skills • Practical experience with Java development technologies like Spring Boot, WildFly Swarm, or JEE • Previous Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience using Red Hat OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Docker Enterprise Edition, Mesosphere, IBM Cloud, or similar technologies • Experience with application build automation tools like Apache Maven, Jenkins, and Git • Experience with creating, updating and managing virtual machines • Prior experience with container and container orchestration technologies like Linux containers (Docker) and Kubernetes project is a plus • Experience with GitOps workflows and DevOps tools like Helm and kustomize, and securing builds is an advantage • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a record of developing relationships at technical, management, and executive levels • Willingness to travel up to 25%
