Description

• Responsible for the design, deployment, and management of identity, credential, and access management solutions for a large federal agency. • Possess a deep understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles, with a particular focus on SailPoint technologies. • Design, implement, and maintain robust ICAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate ICAM solutions with existing systems and applications. • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to identity lifecycle management. • Conduct regular system audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ICAM systems. • Lead the effort in automating provisioning and deprovisioning processes. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ICAM-related guidance. • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the ICAM space. • Participate in the development and delivery of ICAM training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. • Strong understanding of identity governance, directory services, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management. • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, or similar credentials are preferred. • DoD Secret clearance is preferred but not required. Must be able to obtain Public Trust at minimum.
