• Tasked with attaining and maintaining knowledge of partner products • Completing training and certifications • Working closely with Red River sales engineers for customer engagements • Providing technical content for solicitation responses • Supporting Red River partner team with compliance partner program • Assisting in training Red River sales teams on partner Products and Programs • Supporting revenue growth of partner within Red River business • Facilitating partner product demonstrations • Achieving designated partner accreditations • Maintaining partner opportunity pipeline
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2 years of work experience • 1 year of technical customer service, technical implementation, and/or presales engineering experience • U.S. Citizenship required
