📋 Description
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership • Developing and executing a technology strategy to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security • Overseeing MVP application development, software lifecycle management, and implementing best practices for DevOps and CI/CD • Building and leading an engineering team while optimizing performance • Coordinating integrations with external systems (e.g., energy providers, payment systems, qualified signatures, CRMs, inverters) • Implementing analytics and AI modules for energy consumption forecasting, cost optimization, and user decision support • Ensuring legal compliance and system security • Optimizing system infrastructure, data management, and scalability in dynamic user growth
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience as a VP of Engineering or Senior Engineering Manager • Experience in building scalable SaaS systems, IoT platforms, or fintech/energy-tech applications • Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD systems • Ability to manage large data volumes and a basic understanding of implementing ML/AI algorithms for energy analytics • Familiarity with payment, billing, and security systems in fintech/energy-tech • Strong web and mobile application security, API security, and user data protection knowledge • Experience in scaling engineering teams and recruiting technical talent • Understanding IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and Git
