• Enhance and execute a go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with the C-Level / Founder team to enhance and execute the company’s strategy to identify, engage, and close pilot clients for our AI compute solutions. • Identify target clients: Research and prioritise potential clients, particularly in industries that rely heavily on AI workloads, such as technology, healthcare, finance, etc. • Lead client acquisition efforts: Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals, focusing initially on securing pilot clients. • Build relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations, understanding their needs and positioning our AI compute solutions. • Present AI compute solutions: Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and use-case scenarios that highlight the unique value and cost-efficiency of our AI compute solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and align product development based on market demand. • Enhance sales processes: Collaborate with C-Level / Founder team to optimize processes, metrics, and tools to manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and accountability. • Client feedback and market insights: Collect and report feedback from early clients to guide product development and market positioning, acting as the voice of the customer. • Prepare for scaling: Once pilot clients are secured, lead efforts to transition from pilot projects to broader sales campaigns, preparing the groundwork for team expansion and scalable sales operations.
• Proven experience in sales management: Minimum of 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in AI Solutions, cloud services, or hardware provision, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals. • Demonstrated success in business development: Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop key relationships, and close deals in a variety of different markets and products. • Technical understanding: Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, and data infrastructure is highly preferred, with the ability to have informed conversations with technically oriented parties. • Experience with early-stage companies/startups: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with experience in launching new products or services. • Strategic thinker: Strong ability to create sales strategies, think long-term, and understand the complexities of introducing new technologies to the market. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level executives. • CRM experience: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience managing a sales pipeline and reporting on KPIs. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented: Able to work independently and take ownership of sales outcomes with minimal oversight. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Polish and English. • Preferred Experience: Experience selling to industries such as AI solutions, healthcare, finance, or industries where AI is critical. A network of contacts in the AI, tech, or cloud computing industries. Previous experience helping to scale a sales team or division from scratch.
