📋 Description
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements, functionality, and performance expectations • Lead the creation, modification, and execution of detailed software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing • Perform hands-on front-end, back-end, and UI testing to ensure our services are pixel-perfect, secure, and bug-free • Conduct hands-on testing across various devices, operating systems, and browsers • Expand our testing automation with Cypress to increase efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify, reproduce and document bugs or defects • Validate bugs reported by customers through support tickets
🎯 Requirements
• Very strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across modalities including written materials and live interactions • Open mindedness as demonstrated by ability to consider other perspectives, change an opinion in the face of new data, and constant desire to learn • Significant experience (typically 3+ years) testing SaaS applications using both automated and manual methods
