Description

• As a Revenue Operations, support the sales team and optimize sales processes. • Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards. • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to the sales team and management. • Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. • Manage and optimize the use of sales tools and CRM systems. • Monitor and track the sales compensation plan to align with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles. • Strong knowledge of sales best practices and industry trends. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce & Hubspot). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to think critically and strategically. • 2-3 years Salesforce experience preferred. • Business Operations experience is a plus. • Salesforce Administrator Certification - Heavily preferred.
