Description

• Leading and managing the Sales Team to promote Immunology products within Italy • Driving business results in line with company objectives • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers • Collaborating with the Commercial Operations Team on performance reporting and market data • Enforcing company policies and ensuring compliant work • Partnering and sharing experiences with international colleagues • Bringing to life Regeneron’s core values every day

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with a successful sales track record • Relevant people management experience to lead a senior team • Deep understanding of the Italian healthcare ecosystem, including market access • Strong analytical and business skills for team performance • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Availability to travel mainly across Italy and for international meetings • Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory
