• Lead Japan Oncology Field Sales Team • Ensure execution of commercial strategies • Expand Regeneron reputation with Key HCPs • Monitor Key Performance Indicators for revenue targets • Ensure sales targets and profits are met
Requirements
• Experienced sales leader with proven sales performance (10+ years overall pharma experience; 5+ years sales manager preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Flexible mindset for rapidly changing environments • Previous 1st Line Management experience • Oncology/Immuno-Oncology/biologic experience preferred • Fluent Japanese speaker
