• Company: Regrello is a startup reimagining automation in supply chains. • Product: Building a global operating network for supply-chain companies to collaborate on one platform. • Role: Seeking a Solutions and Quality Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain. • Culture: Customer-obsessed and product-driven with a flexible hybrid/remote culture supporting top industry minds. • Location: Candidates based in US, Canada or Mexico preferred, also open to others. • Sponsorship: Willing to sponsor US work authorization if needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with involvement in quality management. • Passion for integrated software solutions within a manufacturing environment. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and written skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100).
