Requirements

β€’ J.D. from a top-tier law school and membership in a U.S. state bar. β€’ 7+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS agreements, commercial transactions, and supporting sales and field operations. β€’ Deep understanding of SaaS business models, licensing structures, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). β€’ Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex enterprise agreements with Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations. β€’ Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and experience advising on product development and licensing. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on balancing risk mitigation and business enablement.
