Description

• Closely coordinate with each dealer in the Region on behalf of Reliable Controls. • Cultivate effective sales professionals and processes in every dealer location in the Region. • Provide sales, business, application engineering, and technical support to dealers in the Region. • Cultivate a dealer network necessary to meet or exceed the objectives of the annual business plan. • Facilitate and participate in trade shows and marketing activities. • Prepare, submit, and execute an annual business plan for the Region according to the processes established by Reliable Controls. • Consistently meet a minimum of 85% of the sales target established for the Region.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a sales capacity, within a building automation environment. • Experience in planning, leading, and interacting with a dealer network. • Ability to build and cultivate strong business relationships. • Strategic thinking and solution-focused mindset. • Experience with managing business units or teams is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of and experience in the building automation sector. • Post-secondary education in business, management, or engineering. • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Intrinsic motivation to achieve and surpass annual goals and objectives. • Fluent in verbal and written English to effectively communicate with our authorized dealers, team members, and stakeholders. • A valid passport and can travel throughout the APAC region and Canada.
