📋 Description

• AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through condition monitoring experience. • As an FP&A Manager, you will shape AssetWatch’s financial strategy and enhance performance. • Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights using financial and operational data. • Assist in the development of advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational analysis. • Analyze P&L and balance sheet data to assess financial health and performance. • Partner with Accounting during the financial close process to ensure accuracy. • Track and report key SaaS metrics and KPIs. • Extract, manipulate, validate, and analyze sales and operational data. • Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations to stakeholders. • Conduct financial analyses and support special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or master's degree is a plus). • 3+ years experience in financial analysis, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven environments. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. • Expertise in Salesforce and CRM systems, with the ability to extract, analyze, and manipulate data for reporting purposes. • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems. • Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and SaaS metrics. • Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and actionable strategies. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus. • Resilient & Fearless: You embrace challenges head-on, move with urgency, and celebrate wins while supporting those around you. • Strategic & Analytical: You have a data-driven mindset and use insights to drive better decisions. • Collaborative & Transparent: You thrive in a team environment, communicate openly, and value diverse perspectives to drive the best outcomes.
