•We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. •In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term relationships with them. •The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •You will serve as a bridge between our Sales Team and Customer Success Team. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and needs. •Prepare detailed reports on account/team member status. •Manually set up accounts for new clients. •Perform platform demos via Zoom to new team admins during onboarding process. •Provide continued support to team and customers. •Maintain a spreadsheet with contact, status, billing, notes, etc. •Transfer monthly invoice data into spreadsheet for GFS Accounts Payable. •Potential for customer communication, follow-ups, light troubleshooting/investigation. •Escalate technical issues and needs to CS and product teams. •Identify opportunities for upselling additional products.
