• Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with business and partner objectives. • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, partnership account managers, customer success, and the broader marketing team to create aligned go-to-market strategies with key partners. • Design and execute joint demand generation campaigns with partners across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing. • Lead the creation of co-branded marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and value proposition across partner networks. • Optimize partner enablement initiatives to ensure partners have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. • Work closely with the sales team to align partner marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies. • Develop and manage marketing programs to drive partner-sourced leads and revenue through the sales funnel. • Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to track partner engagement, lead progression, and conversion. • Foster strong relationships with partners, focusing on collaboration and mutual success. • Collaborate with colleagues in the marketing team and broader GTM organization fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Measure and report KPIs related to partner marketing performance and ROI, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in partner marketing or channel marketing within a B2B SaaS company. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective partner and co-marketing strategies. • Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems, channel marketing strategies, and marketing automation tools, esp. Salesforce and Pardot. • Exceptional collaboration and relationship management skills. • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to work, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities. • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
