Description

• This position will support multiple assigned projects to deliver Business and Technical solutions • Project Manage and coordinate small projects • Independently gathers, interprets, and analyze large complex data sets, presents findings/conclusions • Takes initiatives and proactively identifies areas for business process improvements • Partner and lead various meetings with multi-department stakeholders to gather business requirement • Create and execute test plans (both manual and automated) based on business requirements • Build workflow charts and diagrams; studying system functions; writing specifications • Preparing documentation/specifications, such as, Business Requirements Document • Communicating and working with Technology to translate Business requirements into Technical specifications • Providing project management and coordination for small size projects. • Develops business process and documentation related to various aspects and supports various new initiatives • Makes recommendation to resolve and drives implementation of corrective action. • Developing support documentation such as training material or testing scripts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or 8-10 of equivalent experience • 8+ years project management experience • Should have robust knowledge of agile delivery models, waterfall process, etc. • Have thorough knowledge and utilize various project tracking tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Visio, etc. • Strong understanding of Change Management • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization, interacting, and influencing effectively with peers and management • Results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize • Strong knowledge with MS Office, JIRA, Sharepoint and/or project planning software preferred
