Description

• As a Professional Services Consultant, you will offer expert guidance and personalized solutions to clients. • You will collaborate closely with clients to meet their unique needs and provide support. • You will provide pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customer during the sales process. • This role may require up to 50% travel. • You'll be responsible for conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients. • Providing training and support to clients on the use of software and technology solutions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services. • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings. • Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research. • Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc. • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a relevant educational background in a related field, or equivalent experience. • Be highly organized and detail-oriented • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts. • Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems • Have experience in consulting or professional services. • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
