• Lead mobile app development team and own technological decisions • Modernise the mobile remberg app using latest technology • Drive cross-team engineering initiatives for software reliability • Take ownership of features and ensure high-quality product delivery • Coach and onboard team members

Requirements

• Strong track record of developing, testing, publishing, and maintaining mobile applications built in Ionic for iOS and Android • Successful track record of working in an agile setup using continuous deployment and delivery • Experience with event-driven architectures, domain-driven design, and eventual consistency • 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and coordinating implementation of features with stakeholders • Proactive problem solver willing to improve code and engineering practices • Strong written and spoken command of English (C1 level)
