Description

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Remerge product from a technical perspective. • Utilize a variety of analytical and technical tools to solve client problems. • Reproduce and clarify issues within a highly complex technical context. • Liaise with Tech teams to ensure software quality improvements. • Work closely with Account Managers and Ad Operations teams. • Write scripts or build tools to automate repetitive tasks. • Provide technical consultations and product capability assessments during the pre-sales process. • Create and maintain technical articles or knowledge bases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or development, particularly in AdTech User Acquisition and/or Retargeting. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve technical issues efficiently. • A strong passion for technology, familiarity with Information Technology, including languages such as Ruby, Go, or Python. • Interest and capability in developing processes, procedures, documentation, and training users in complex topics. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and remotely, to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
