🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in employee offboarding, HR operations, or a similar role, preferably in the EOR or global employment industry. • Strong understanding of global labor laws, termination practices, and compliance requirements. • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple offboarding cases simultaneously.
