Requirements

• 4+ years total in sales or business development, with 2+ years in a managerial role. • Experience in the EOR or global HR services industry. • Proven track record in building and scaling SDR teams. • Hands-on attitude, you are able to trial and execute your own processes. • Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification. • Experience with buying signals for international hiring plans is a plus. • Proficient in CRM tools, ideally HubSpot. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with remote teams. • Based in EMEA or APAC, with flexibility for global time zones.
