Description
• Spearhead EMEA sales team for Contractor Management product • Create a new sales process and hire specialized senior team • Shape product through customer feedback and new go-to-market strategy
Requirements
• Experience building new business from scratch or launching new solutions to complex problems • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter mentality • Experience in driving complex sales cycles • Previous successful experience in an Account Executive role or ideally sales management • Understanding of the Contractor Management market • English plus a second European language is a plus • Has the ability to build trust with clients and serve as their advisor or consultant • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Strong business acumen
