📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Our client is an award-winning and leading influencer marketing agency based in Singapore. • They are seeking a dynamic team member from Malaysia to join them as an Account Manager. • This role is a blend of the operational rigour of account management, focusing on building and nurturing client relationships while delivering exceptional influencer marketing campaigns. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of influencer marketing, excellent listening skills, and the ability to dive beneath the surface of client concerns to uncover core needs. • They will be organized, disciplined, and proactive in addressing challenges, not just taking orders. • This is a full-time remote role. The successful candidate will be based in Malaysia. • Key Duties and Responsibilities include Client Success Development & Relationship Management and Campaign Strategy & Execution.
🎯 Requirements
• A strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms. • Excellent listening skills with the ability to read between the lines and delve deeper into client conversations. • A creative and analytical mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving benchmarks. • Exceptional organizational skills with a consistent and disciplined approach to managing projects. • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. • 1-2 years of experience in account management in the influencer marketing industry. • Experience with managing influencers and influencer marketing campaigns beyond Malaysia, e.g. Singapore, will be ideal.
