• Develop and implement strategies to enhance adoption of our Partner Referral Program. • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network and drive program reach. • Nurture existing partner relationships to maximize their referral potential. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program goals with company objectives. • Design and implement structured training and onboarding programs for new partners. • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. • Act as the main point of contact for referral partners, addressing inquiries promptly. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to referral programs. • Prepare regular reports on program performance for management and stakeholders. • Foster a culture of collaboration within the referral Partners.
• 5 years of experience in managing partner referral programs or similar roles in partnerships and sales. • Strong understanding of partner acquisition and engagement strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. • Proficient in data analysis and metrics reporting. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with CRM and HR tool systems.
