• Spearhead the growth of Remote People in the US market. • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across the US market. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring the successful placement of candidates within client organizations. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. • Take ownership of developing the Remote People brand in the US market. • Stay up to date on industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in an agency setting. • Proven experience in business development and client acquisition within recruitment, with a strong track record of success. • Experience in remote recruitment and placing candidates in remote roles is a plus. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to connect with clients and candidates at all levels. • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills to drive new business. • Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle with a high degree of autonomy. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to balance multiple clients and vacancies. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build and scale a business from the ground up. • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. • Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. • Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, market trends, and client needs within the US. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
