β’ Spearhead the growth of Remote People in the US market. β’ Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across the US market. β’ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring the successful placement of candidates within client organizations. β’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. β’ Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. β’ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. β’ Take ownership of developing the Remote People brand in the US market. β’ Stay up to date on industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in an agency setting. β’ Proven experience in business development and client acquisition within recruitment, with a strong track record of success. β’ Experience in remote recruitment and placing candidates in remote roles is a plus. β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to connect with clients and candidates at all levels. β’ Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills to drive new business. β’ Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle with a high degree of autonomy. β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills to balance multiple clients and vacancies. β’ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build and scale a business from the ground up. β’ Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. β’ Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. β’ Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, market trends, and client needs within the US. β’ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
