Description

• Proactively manage the executive’s calendar and appointments , ensuring time efficiency. • Handle and prioritize email communications , flagging important correspondence. • Prepare presentations , reports, and other documents as needed. • Assist with the organization of personal tasks and appointments. • Attend meetings on behalf of the executive and provide minutes/actionable follow-up items. • Maintain a task-tracking system to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. • Act as a gatekeeper , anticipating the executive’s needs and managing time accordingly. • Coordinate both business and personal travel arrangements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management tools. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think ahead to anticipate the executive’s needs. • Demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced workload. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
