• Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively. • Manage property deals from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely completion of each step. • Plan, schedule, and track tasks and activities, including property viewings and maintenance check-ins. • Liaise with landlords to onboard properties and gather necessary compliance documents and certifications. • Organise and maintain up-to-date records for all properties, including compliance documents and certifications. • Coordinate and track ongoing maintenance needs and property projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards. • Oversee small-scale property projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all aspects are on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property operations, project management, or a related field. • Strong organisational and diary management skills. • Familiarity with property management and deal progression. • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
