• About us: At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. • Our Client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses grow through performance-driven strategies. • The agency works with brands to improve their online presence, drive traffic, and increase sales through data-driven marketing techniques. • Our client is seeking a results-driven Account/Project Manager with a passion for digital marketing. • You’ll set up, manage, and optimize Google, Meta, & LinkedIn Ads, • run paid social campaigns, build strong client relationships, mentor interns, and deliver impactful marketing solutions. • Key Responsibilities: • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly results and annual forecasts). • Prepare reports on account status. • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. • Operate as the lead point of contact for Meta Ads Strategy. • Previous experience working in a Marketing Agency. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the team.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising. • Experience managing client accounts and overseeing project execution. • Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale. • Results-driven marketing mindset. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Experience with Meta Business Manager. • Prior experience working with DTC & e-commerce brands required.
• Location: Fully remote • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST or 10:00am to 6:00pm • Salary: 3,000USD to 4,000USD monthly • 2 weeks of PTO • 2 weeks of PTO/sick days per year, US holiday observance (local holidays are negotiable)
