📋 Description
We are looking for a Construction Bookkeeper who will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects. • This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with construction-specific accounting practices. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about the unique accounting needs of the construction industry. • Key Responsibilities include financial management, job costing and budgeting, payroll processing, compliance and reporting, vendor and subcontractor management, and software utilization.
🎯 Requirements
Equivalent experience in construction bookkeeping is acceptable. • bookkeeping experience, with at least 1–2 years in the construction industry. • Proficiency in the software (QuickBooks, Pivot Tables). • Some light programming is a huge plus • Strong knowledge of job costing, construction project accounting, and compliance requirements
