β’ Job Title: Executive Assistant with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Experience β’ Remote VA PH is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in QuickBooks and MS Excel to support our executive team. β’ This role involves administrative support, financial tasks, and data management to help keep daily operations running smoothly. β’ Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (FULL-TIME/NIGHTSHIFT PHT) β’ Responsibilities: β’ Administrative Support: Manage the executiveβs calendar, schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, and draft emails. β’ QuickBooks Tasks: Handle invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping. β’ MS Excel Tasks: Create and update spreadsheets for data tracking. β’ Communication and Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the executive and others.
