• Job Title: Inside Sales Representative • Location: Remote work • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. • This role involves making cold calls, setting up appointments, and nurturing leads to drive business growth. • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team • Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products/services • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversions • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or telemarketing role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive approach • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
